Individual – Chandrayan Yoga Sadana 2 Weeks

It is a 2 Week long (There are variants) detoxification yoga program that combines a diet plan coupled with physical practice (yoga asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), meditation and mindfulness. Driven by the ancient principles of Sthiram (steadiness) and Sukham (comfort), the Chandrayan Yoga Sadhna focuses on a holistic approach to well-being, combining movement, breath, and mindfulness.
