Chandrayana Yoga Sadhana is a month-long detoxification program, with various durations, that integrates a balanced diet, physical exercises (yoga asanas), breathing practices (Pranayama), and mindfulness techniques. Rooted in ancient principles of Sthiram (steadiness) and Sukham (comfort), it promotes a holistic approach to well-being, emphasizing the synergy between movement, breath, and mental focus.
The course duration is flexible and can be tailored to your needs. We offer one-week, two-week, or four-week programs.
The Chandrayana Yoga Sadhana program differs from regular yoga in emphasizing chakra alignment and building stamina through specific asanas tailored to activate energy points. While traditional yoga focuses on body-mind harmony, this program incorporates a diet plan, breath control, and customized asanas to promote digestion, detoxification, and overall well-being. Key postures like Vajrasana and Matsyendrasana target vital energy points, offering more personalized benefits and improving physical endurance and inner balance. Unlike standard yoga programs, this holistic approach addresses physical and mental health.
Each individual session of the Chandrayana Yoga Sadhana program is 1 hour per day, conducted 5 days a week. Additionally, 2 days of video recordings are provided for self-practice. Before the program starts, an individual Zoom call with the yoga master is scheduled to advise on a customized diet plan.
The Chandrayana Yoga Sadhana program offers both group and individual options. Depending on your preference and needs, you can join a small group for the sessions or opt for a one-on-one experience.
The program is designed to start on either a Full Moon or a New Moon. This timing aligns with the lunar cycle, allowing the practice to harmonize with natural energy shifts.
