Structure of the course
- The program will start on Full Moon day or New Moon day
- Customers will have a 1 on 1 call with the yoga master wherein the yoga master will design a diet chart for them (Chandrayana vratha).
- Customized diet chart is based on the customer’s existing diet, medical history and Moon’s phases
- Customers will join a small group of fellow participants for a 75-minute program 5 days a week to practice body postures and movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
- These range from gentle stretches to more challenging poses. Controlled breathing exercises that help calm the mind, increase energy, and improve overall well-being will also be covered. This includes practices like deep breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and other specific patterns.
- Both the asanas and pranayama exercises will be customized for each batch according to their physical ailments and body constitution as well as their mental frame of mind. This is based on their tridoshas.
- 1 on 1 call with the yoga master ONCE A WEEK till the end of the program

Unique about this program
Asanas originate from Hatha Yoga, emphasizing the harmony between body and mind. The practice focuses on steadiness (Sthiram) and comfort (Sukham), which lead to inner happiness. Breathing (Swasa) plays a crucial role, as harnessing the power of breath control enhances both physical and mental well-being. Vinyasa, the synchronization of movement with breath, allows practitioners to flow seamlessly, creating a meditative rhythm. Sthithi, or the final position of an asana, teaches balance and stability, while Drishti, or focused gaze, strengthens inner concentration. A key aspect of yoga practice is the emphasis on 16 Adharas, or vital energy points in the body, which help channel energy efficiently.
The key to this program lies in chakra alignment, with a strong emphasis on building stamina through carefully selected asanas. Each posture is designed to activate specific energy points in the body, enhancing both physical endurance and inner balance.
One of the key asanas we teach is Vajrasana, where the ankle joint acts as a switch for digestion (Parsnimuladhara). This pose focuses on maintaining the correct ankle positioning, applying the right pressure, and achieving optimal body alignment to support digestive health. Another essential posture is Sethubandasana (Bridge Pose), which activates the Vishuddhi Chakra, enhancing throat energy and improving flexibility.
We also practice Matsyendrasana, a powerful twisting pose known as a weapon against diseases, as it stimulates the Nabhyadhara (navel focus), aiding digestion and detoxification. Additionally, Shalabhasana (Locust Pose) targets the Swadhishtana Chakra (2nd chakra), focusing on the sacral joint, pelvis, and lower spine, strengthening the core and lower back. By aligning these chakras and mastering these asanas, practitioners build resilience, improve energy flow, and develop lasting physical and mental stamina.
Program Includes:
- 60-minute program and stay back for extra 10-15 minutes for resolving unique issues
- Advantage is that I not only do physical exercises but also focus on both mind and body and also improve stamina
- We follow the physical asanas with prayanama and meditation (Yoga nidra)
- Body and mind connected with moon cycle which changes the mood and energy of the person. We address this issue in this program
